For customers with current maintenance contracts, you may communicate with us by email or phone from 8 am to 5 pm Central time, Monday through Friday, except for standard USA holidays. For emails, we are often online before 8 am and after 5 pm.
We might be able to help you after normal support hours, but that is not guaranteed. Also, you may download and install the latest version of the product at any time if you want to see what new features, enhancements, and reports we have produced or if you are experiencing a problem, potentially it may be corrected in the newer version.
